Background

Born in America and raised by a single mother, David Bellairian graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2014. He began his career in consulting and management in the healthcare industry, working with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and independent pharmacies and consulting on managed services for major California health plans, including Blue Cross and HealthNet. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree. He never pursued the bar, because his passion was management and marketing; the legal training informs how he handles regulation and corporate compliance across industries. He later served as a Business Analyst at Palantir Technologies, moving from healthcare into technology and application development, before founding Glencore Associates and AIDiscover in 2021. He completed the Management Essentials program through Harvard Business School Online. He is currently preparing to launch a new software company; the product is under NDA and will be announced at release.
